Customers must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team with clear product images or videos.

Returned products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Certain items such as innerwear, personal-use items, and customized products are non-returnable.

Contact customer service to initiate a return. You will receive instructions on how to send the item back.

Refunds
Once the return is received and inspected, refunds are processed to the original payment method. Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Faznora Couture.

Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before they ship. After shipment, cancellations are not possible, but returns can be made following the return policy.​
